Curious to know if this set would actually find its way onto any build.
Simply put, this set will make use of the Nightblades Shadow Image skill, accessible via all classes as a set:
Light armor:
2 - 1096 Stamina
3 - 1096 Magicka
4 - 129 Stamina Recovery
5 - Roll-dodge creates a rift for 10s, Jumping while this rift is open teleports you to its location.
The duration of the rift could probably be tweaked. As well as the naming of the set.

✭✭✭That seems like it'd be the effect of a monster set, and would work well in that regard too. Stam has basically just bloodspawn or a mag set. Seems like an interesting way to create mobility on the fly without being too OP.

The mixed stats is essentially done so that the overall stat bonuses are lower than a dedicated stam/mag set. More aimed at a general utility set, than a set to be used while min/maxing.

That could be a better approach to this set. getting rid of the majority of stats altogether.
The only issue would be where to have this set drop. My initial thought was to have it be a reward from the Psijic Rifts that you can find across Tamriel.0 -

Yeah I'd sooner use a set that turned dodge roll into Streak. And pair it with Crusader
