There are 2 separate cooldowns for flame and shock? Or (for example) if shock meteor procs that means nothing can proc from ilambris for 8 seconds ?

✭Yep, separate. I love this set. Beside the utility, the animation team did an amazing job! I live when I’m in a hallway and I get like a double proc and you have flame streaking down from one wall and light I gotta from the other.0
