Question About the New Upcoming Crown CRATE (not store) Motif

So, I hear a new motif is being added to the Crown Store. Great, I love motifs. But, I hear it is separated by pages and they can only be found in crates; cannot be bought outright with Crowns or gems. Is this correct?
