From where i should start...biggest problem on all server....

I think, i will better start from date when just game release....

So, on 2014 year, when game was release i buy it. Because i was thinking it will be awesome. With are true but not with right now conditions. What talking about is, disconnects....zzzz....

I remember when i buy just this game, i got some random disconnects. It could be from 5-30 min period. And i notice, it about next map loading issue. For example, when you somewhere teleport in different zone or join simple Dungeon Finder and at end of it map, got disconnect. That time i didn't take it seriously and later stopped play this game. But right now, after 4 YEARS, i coming back....And what i see....Nothing changed with connection Issue. Are you kidding me?? 4 Years and problem not solved.....

I will introducing with situation with i have:

And don't dare ZOS, saying that it's my internet ISP problem.........

Ok so let's go with problem.....
I can create simple new character and play intro (starter area in Coldharbour).... In start everything ok. But once come to starter area, where in Coldharbour at end need collect Skyshard....boom... 98% disconnect at that place.... simple DC from server and you can run, jump in game 40 sec and nothing happen like time stopped, then after 40 sec, your screen jumped to ESO Login account..... WTF. Really... It always happen at that place.... No matter what i do.... That 98% happen and it's kinda feel that game CAN'T GET DATA FROM NEXT MAP INFORMATION AND THAT WHY DC.

Next 5-10% happen when simple somewhere you teleport to different map or location, when on loading screen disconnect..... Really....

But most of pain in ass are here, IN DUNGEON FINDER.......FFS.

I am healer, for me join Dungeon Finder, easy, max 1min.

But problem ->> You join and when with group clear whole dungeon... at end after last boss defeat ->>> 100% Disconnect. Simple you can run do what ever you wanna for 40 sec and then disconnect, some time on login screen writing about "Valid internet connection", but sometimes at all nothing... Like i said, this happen 100% always at Dungeon finder.

My game play right now are like this... Log in game, join in 1 min random dungeon finder, clear it in 15 min and at end disconnect from server. Wait 40 sec, it will bring to Logging screen, then agean log into game and repeat... i can't enjoy game like this.....

Like i said before, don't dare say ZOS, it's my internet problem, because:

1. I have internet 250 MB/s Speed internet, low ping
2. Never have problem with different games
3. This only happen with this game
4. I contact my ISP, they checked and said that should be everything ok.
5. I follow all instruction with ZOS provide and still nothing, same problem.

I followed it and try everything still nothing... Starting from start to end...

1. All servers Up.
2. restarted my internet router multiple times
3. Add exception ESO to my antivirus
4. Forward game ports in router and pc.
5. Game run latest patch and update
6. All drivers last update
7. Reset Program Data folder
8. Add ESO -windows firewall
9. Configured my internet settings multiple ways
10. Read multiples discussions on forum and rest place- no solutions
11. I have High PC setup.
12. Configured and manipulate multiple ways my internet router. (don't ask, how much i wasted time on that, lol)

I thing, i forget something else mention, but what ever i try it's still same or worse. But what shame ZOS, you release game 4 years back and still can't FIX this problem. This 100% it's ZOS problem. I read many discussions on forums and others place, many have disconnects problems.

Like i said, it's feel like game data server can't get information about next step map information and upload it. That why Disconnects. (here you go, problem).

So, ZeniMax Online Studios, what's your answer on this situation? Read careful before write answer.
Can you finally fix this game properly??
