I made a character and put everything but my Monkey in my bank. Then I deleted the character because my friend was in a different faction. And I think I deleted my Monkey, is there any way to get it back?

Boyfriend mentioned as he was relogging that a message popped telling him to move his Imperial items to the bank before deleting his character.
