After the last PC maintenance, I have huge lag and FPS drops.
I am playing the game for years without any problem, but now the character is not moving smoothly and also I noticed FPS drops and sometimes increase in latency.

Unfortunately I had some addons. I had them inactive and I removed them after the maintenance. All those that were not up to date were also inactive during the maintenance.

After the problem occurred I did the following:
1) Removed all addons (deleted them form addon folder), also removed all saved variables from the folder, deleted Shadercache.cooked, addon settings and user settings. I hadn't used any addon special program. All addons were from esoui. For installing the addons I had exported their zip files to addon folder.
2) Checked the PC for malware with Malwarebytes, checked the PC for any possible threat with my Antivirus.
3) Repaired the client
4) The same day the issue occurred, Microsoft had sent me an update and also I had updated the Nvidia drivers for my the graphics card. I also reinstalled those drivers again after the issue occurred. I have the recent drivers.
5) Opened the PC and cleaned every dust from the cooler of the CPU and the graphics card. Checked if everything is OK.
6) I used the high graphics settings all those years. Never had a problem. Now even though I downgrade the graphics from the game settings the lag and FPS drop occurs. My CPU is capable for the game. I had Excel and internet explorer opened in background the same moment without any problem! Now I don't even keep open the ZoS welcome client screen and I have lag and FPS.

Please tell me what is the problem. My PC plays all other games without any issue. And is proven that it handles easily the ESO. Why after the maintenance (if I remember correct it was 14/3/2018 or around those days) I cant play it?

Should I don something more to clean the game from the addons? I removed all those files and the folders are clean. The only file on saved variables folder is Z0_ingame lua (I had removed it and it reappeared after I logged in to the game).

Also. I never had any crashes. When I tried to lower shadows and remove completely the water reflexions the game crashed. I sent the report to the developers.
This happened 2 times. I send the report with remarks the second time.

The game has sudden FPS drops for simple things. Example: If I try to go downstairs the ladder on the entrance of Urevan Bank in Davon's watch, I experience 50% downgrade of FPS.
It crashed as I moved in front of this ladder (in front of the tree there). The problem appears even when no player is around (only me and the NPC guard).
The lag/FPS drop appears even in places away from cities.


I am on the brink of abandoning the game...

I cant thing any other solution, so I want technical support. If I must do something more to clean the addons bewond the measures I did, then inform me
