  Its a decent tanking set for group dungeons, but as you get into harder content, tanking becomes more about group support. So you mostly see trials tanks wearing sets that boost group health and lower boss resistances.

  Great set for offtanking vso, or axes with no support. Also a good set for tanking dlc dungeons.

  pair it with leeching plate you can get lots of proc healing. leeching plate for heal over time, defending warrior for burst heal.
  
  you can pull a huge group of mobs and still survive.
  
  make it easier to pug vet dungeon where you may not get a reliable healer.

  So so, its not an option for non-dk, Warden tank in hard content.
  Sustain is much more important than free healing, no stam, no mag, u cant even block
