Can't leave Wailing Prison

So the prophet opens the portal thing and I'm supposed to go to Glenumbra but it won't load and if I login again I fall and die and still can't go to Glenumbra. What do I do?

ESO, you had a crap ton of beta tests and supported way more people than are in early access. What the hell is going on?

All I know is I paid good money to play this game early. I understand this kinda stuff in beta, but at release its not acceptable. Especially without any form of explanation.

Logged on this morning and got past the lift with success so maybe it was the servers being over loaded, no excuse for eso but i can play now.

logged me out at the boat trying to get to started islands, games running so poor.

seems to not be loggin me out and running ok only items npcs and enemis are invisible unless i wait a while. probably my laptop rather than the game

I am also stuck in the wailing prison. Seems this company cant do ***, 3 years later it still runs with the same issues regarding this stupid zone where you cant even teleport out of.

Sigh.

Try logging out for over 15 min. I've been told by support it causes a "hard reset". Don't know what that means but it's worked for me in the past.

Have to add my voice to this . Also stuck in wailing prison, and logging out for several hours did not help.

If your stuck in Wailing Prison after defeating the 2nd Prison Guard using the interupt, then the issue is that your If your stuck in Wailing Prison after defeating the 2nd Prison Guard using the interrupt, then the issue is that your character is too OP, as the 2nd guard needs to be defeated with a follow up attack, to resolve follow these steps;

Unequip your character of all armour, weapon neck and ring items
Dismiss any combat companion and pets
Equip a level 1 weapon item
Logout and wait 15 minutes
