NPC interaction and in game texts
I keep finding each NPC with their name as "offline" all of them have the "goodbye" choice and then there is a hidden one that allows you to complete a quest etc. I am also experiencing the quest name and details are allows coming up as just "tracker goal text". Then when looking at my character it will not allow me to view the different skills trees under armor and race etc. I can only look at my class tree.
Any help or advice would be awesome. I have done reloadui, relogged, restarted my PC and repaired the client and the problem still hasn't gotten fixed.

Naisout✭Daveed316 I am having the same issue I am going to assume that it is from the .txt file something in it is blocking us from the server allows us to play but not receive stuff only thing I can think of0 -

save as UserSettings.txt and put it back into documents>elderscrollsonline>live
restart the game and try and load a previous toon it will take quite some time to load up but when it dose you should be connected to the content server hope this helps fix ya it fixed me
