Velothi Podium of Illumination availability?

Hallo all. Could anyone confirm that the Velothi Podium of Illumination is not available in Housing Purchase section (Library)? It's there on PTS so I was hoping to finally grab it but no luck on live server. Was it discontinued or put to "limited time" offer?

✭The PTS always seems to have some items that aren't available on Live (on the crown furniture tab)

That one I have already yes. The podium from the crown furniture tab is different and is not available on live.
But this looks like a common thing.
