I'm not sure how to fix this. I went to log in the game about an hour ago and there was a patch. It downloaded smoothly and I hit play. I logged in, and everything was fine until the loading screen.

I have been sitting in a loading screen that should be taking me to my character load screen - but it just keeps loading. It's been roughly an hour. I restarted my pc, it didn't fix anything.
I tried to log into my alt account, and I was met with the same infinite loading screen. Anyone else having this issue? If not - any recommendations on how I can fix this?
