Bugged Quest - The Ashes Of Our Fathers (Spoiler Alert)

When I got to the part to talk to Lord Trystan he wasnt there. I had to abandon the quest and start the chain all over from the beginning, go back and do the memory pools to get the "keys" that open the mausoleum, to get him to show up. I went down the stairs into the water before going around the rock the first time, I think this may have had something to do with him not spawning.

I have just come across this same problem, I also went down into the water first and now he won't appear. I'll be starting this one again another time!!

Still bugged. ROFL I can't believe this has gone though HOW MANY updates and its not fixed?

Also whenever the audio file says 'Lord Trystan' the text is 'MONSTER' (It repeats over and over throughout quest)

Bug reported. Doubt will see fix. Don't much care. Was one of the interesting quests back when it was first released, but bugs like this (That were FINE and NOT BUGGED before) are annoying.(I have done it on previous characters without issue)

Yes this is still bugged. I did the same thing.. down into the water first and then around.
Tried grouping with someone else who was at that part. no luck
reloaded ui .. no luck
rebooted computer... no luck.

Guess I'll try redoing the quest.
