I believe you may be right. I'm out in Hew's Bane doing some Thieves Guild stuff on a new NB and there is a house icon on my compass. Yes ! There was.
It's a masterpiece, pretty much the replication if the Palace of Prince Hubalajad / Magnifica Falorah in Hew's Bane (the one we can only enter during the wedding).
I don't expect it to be purchasable in gold though... else I'd buy it...0
