XP Bug In IC

Hello All!
Might be late to the game, but was solo grinding out some xp and telvar and noticed that every once and a while I was getting waayyy too much xp. Then I realized someone was following me and the xp got to be really high (had tunes on and was just grinding like normal). When I realized I had gained 15cp in a a matter of minutes I logged off.
People in my guild chat are saying you had to be in a group to experience the bug. I was solo, and minding my own business. I hope to god I don't get a ban for something I had no idea about. I have no problem with ZoS taking away whatever extra xp I gained. Just wanted to make sure it was reported!

Same here. I had to kill 4 monsters to reach the crafting station to craft some armor for a master writ quest. I noticed I received 1.9m xp on each kill but my CP bar just showed 254xp increase per kill.0 -
