for the last hour i've been repeatedly booted off eso after every add trash pack boss in various dungeons what is going on with the performance ?

Me and my guild were doing a trial, and one of our healers kept getting booted.....then one of the doors wouldn't let some of our guys through....

.....we gave up in the end, no point of playing, when the game doesn't let you. Plus there was huge lag spikes on EU last night.

The last night was terrible. It started around 23.45. I was in some Coldharbour delve and I had ping 240-350 ms with 999+ ms peak and up to 500 ms in between. I have no idea how people outside Europe and N. America can play this game with ping over 200 ms :-/!

I asked in guild do they have problems and what we gathered - if you were in instanced session like delve, dungeon or trial, lag was huge. In general map, ping was standard (80-100 ms). People had to cancel trials because of it and raged in chat.

I get disconnected about twice per hour - also PC EU.

Can't tell about today or last night but since two o three weeks I have horrendous ping. Lowest between 250 and 300 and often 350-500, with occasional (read: multiple times during group dungeons) of 600-999+. Also some disconnects here and there.

And this in PvE. Before that I usually had 140-180. Don't get me started about PvP.
However, I can't tell if this is my Internet provider or ESO. But since everything else runs fine...

Might try downloading PingPlotter and check your route. It will show the route from your machine and you will be able to see if there are issues along the line. I know last year we had a really bad time in my area because one "hop" was borked. If we got routed around that hop, everything was fine but unfortunately most traffic went through it. Was a crappy six weeks.

I agree - might not be the issue but it's quick to run a check with PingPlotter. I had issues with my last ISP and used PingPlotter as evidence to show them their equipment was faulty.

We haven't had a server maintenance in over a week and half. This always happens when zos skips maintenance.

Come on, if people from the completely different parts of Europe share the same problem, it's Zenimax problem, not ours or IPSs.

Yeah. Was able to whinge at the tele company here and present them with "strips". Not sure it expedited anything but it eventually got fixed. Happily I've got a really good connection with ESO, clear route, rarely lagged (except Sunday night when I think everyone in Germany logs in between 1900 and 2300).

i did have a few crashes the other day , and found it was due to a addon , eso had a pop up to update them , so i did and now no crashes , so for my part just didnt check and credit to eso for showing me why .

be nice if they just done thier own addons to save going to 3rd party

I played a few dungeons last night and had no high ping, lag or stutter issues. My ping is usually around 100 and it wasn't much different. Actually the game became much smoother in general since I've done a number of adjustments at my side: first I move it to SSD, next I deleted or disabled most of the addons which had become redundant in general or in certain contexts: ex. there's no reason to keep Raid Notifier loaded unless you are in a trial, and you don't need Master Merchant or Trait Buddy while you are doing a trial.
