Is corrosive armor bugged?

Occasionally when I fight mag dks or mag Templars my corrosive armor doesn't give me the damage mitigation and I get melted. Anyone else experiencing this?

How could the same skill be bugged in one area but not in another? That sounds like the bug may instead be with a players interaction against the skill or even with battle spirit somehow.2013

I've never had the issue in PVE, and i use the ult quite frequently. Maybe it is bugged due to battle spirit I wouldnt be surprised if so.PC EU
