I know this topic has been posted many times, yet, as far as I am aware (and please correct me if I am wrong) has never received any acknowledgement of being an issue to zeni. My wife and I, and our real life friend experience this all the time in cryodil. We zone to a keep or outpost only to get the infinite load screen. Typically we have someone check to see if our character is standing there rendered, and once confirmed usually have no choice but to alt F4.

While this is annoying in of itself, the game also reregisters you as just exiting the game, and not a disconnect. So for instance, my wife and I just got on a little bit ago, and we zoned to bleakers, only to get the infinite load screen. We originally had to wait over 20 minutes for our que to pop. Because the game thinks we just exited, were not sitting in the exact same que.

I understand the issue might be difficult to address or fix, but something needs to be done. This occurs all the time. Acknowledging there is an issue would be a start. Thank you.
