Where do I find sorcerers in Cyrodiil?

I'm a pve'er and just started venturing in to Cyrodiil for the alliance line of the build I'm trying to make.

I've reached the part were we get daily quests. The scouting ones are pretty easy. But the bounty ones I'm abit confused as to where to find these sorcerers. I'm thinking they are npc's? If they are, where am I likely to find them? I'm in EP alliance if that makes a difference.

As said above the "kill X class" quests are all ones to kill enemy players.

So you'll have to head to where fights are happening in the map and PvP a bit. You can always join a random group (as said above) by tying LFG into zone chat. Normally someone will pick you up for a group, when you're in a group anyone in the group who scores a kill will get you a mark towards your daily quest.

You need to find and kill 20 sorcerer enemy players. You can get in a big group and it will massively decrease time spent on this quest.
