artifacting on craglorn wishing well

just curious if any1 else has this issue. when by the iwshing well in craglorn by the stables. if i stand in this spot and move my camera.. i get odd black lines and artifacting. it is only in this game. so i dont belive it is my card or hardware. my rig is farely new, and my graphics card is less than 5 months old with no issues in any other games

deleted210304-002304✭✭✭✭I went to the area myself and I didn't receive this issue. I would make sure that your drivers are up to date and then see if the issue persists. I also have a Nvidia card, however the reason I didn't see the same issues might be because I am using different settings.0
