I'm very confused! I am trying to do the quest 'Fortune and Fate' but I have hit a roadblock. I did the quest for that guy in the Outlaw Refuge and read the book. I went back afterwards to the Prognosticator and he told me of the prophecy and "quest started: Fortune and Fate" flashed across my screen. But when I look in my quest journal, nothing is there. There are no map markers for this quest. Where am I supposed to go? What do I do next? This quest is driving me crazy! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Fate and Fortune is an achievement not a quest - go back to the fortune teller (Grand Procastinator) and talk to him to finish the achievement.
