Does this enchant give your opponent major or minor defile when it procs?
Also, can you make poisons with major or minor defile?

✭✭✭The enchantment itself does not cause Major Defile, but it has a 20% base chance to apply Diseased, a secondary effect of Disease Damage that deals direct damage and then applies a Major Defile.
Disease resistance from Glyphs or Racial Passives will make you immune to this secondary effect.
And poisons can be made to apply Minor Defile, but not Major.2
