Random Dungeon with people who don't own DLC

Come on ZOS. When are you going to fix this?

If a person doesn't own a DLC, take it out of the possibilities for the random dungeon - not just give us a error saying that one person doesn't own the DLC.

    Simple enough to circumvent. Just give the lead to the person without DLC and let them queue for random. Works 100%.
