Many posts, but no official answer specific to dungeon sets not previously (before 1Tam) obtained from a trial.
Is there an OFFICIAL itemized list of Jewelry that are on the loot table at the golden vendor?

    Any set that was a BoE drop from trials pre 1T. Should be 2 of each weight from each of the 3 original trials and 1 of each weight from maw. Not 100% positive that I won't miss anything but iirc the sets are:
    Light armor: Warclock, Necropotence, Elegant, Sun, Worm, Magicka Furnace, and Shadow dancer?
    Medium armor: Stygian, Viper, Red Mountain, Hircine's Veneer, Senche's Bite(Previously Skirmisher), Darkstride?, and I forget the last one
    Heavy armor: Akaviri, Storm Knight, Ebon, Nikulas, Dreugh King Slayer, Ice Furnace?, and again cant pick out the last one.

    As far as whether they are BoE or BoP in the trader that has to do with where they are currently dropped. If they are currently dropped in an overland zone and the regular items drop as BoE then they will be BoE in the vendor, however if they drop as BoP usually they will be BoP in the trader and not capable of being sold.

    To be honest it should be every set sans 12 man trial drops, BG sets, tel var sets, rewards of the worthy sets and crafted sets -- they just don't care enough bout PvP to update the vendor

    Well Your way of thinking is incorrect. Golden vendor have only jewelery of sets that legendary quality necks and rings cannot be possesed other way.

    You can get trials golden jewelery by doing veteran mode or as weekly reward , BG golden jewelery is from BG leaderboards , tel var sets golden jewelery is for 100k tel vars in IC , rewards of the worthy sets golden jewelery is from Cyrodill top tier leaderboards and crafted sets dont have jewelery.

    As You can see only dungeon and overland sets dont have source of getting golden jewelery and this is why Golden vendor sells excatly that sets rings and necks.
