I‘m playing Elder Scrolls since May 2014 on PC and only on PC.
At 30th of March I pre-ordered and paid PC Morrowind.
The 22nd of May passed by but I did not got access to Morrowind neither my pre-Order Bonus
At the 15th of June I oppened a Ticket TESO-Referenzumber 170615-001658.
At the 28 of June the Support answered that Morrowind was booked to PS4 instead of PC and that this would be corrected with the next Patch. Nothing has happened.
At the 3rd of June I wrote into the same Ticket that nothing has changed. I never got an answer.
I have not heard form Support since then.
I still have no acces to Morrowind nor do I have my Pre-Order Bonus.
At 2nd of September I opened a new Ticket 170902-000143, but no reaction.
Please help.
Ps.: I have written in the German forum but nobody of the german moderators is helping. So please, someone of the english moderators, please help.
