Bought Morrwind at the 30 of March and still have no access, Support does no react.

I‘m playing Elder Scrolls since May 2014 on PC and only on PC.

At 30th of March I pre-ordered and paid PC Morrowind.
The 22nd of May passed by but I did not got access to Morrowind neither my pre-Order Bonus
At the 15th of June I oppened a Ticket TESO-Referenzumber 170615-001658.

At the 28 of June the Support answered that Morrowind was booked to PS4 instead of PC and that this would be corrected with the next Patch. Nothing has happened.
At the 3rd of June I wrote into the same Ticket that nothing has changed. I never got an answer.

I have not heard form Support since then.
I still have no acces to Morrowind nor do I have my Pre-Order Bonus.

At 2nd of September I opened a new Ticket 170902-000143, but no reaction.

Please help.

Ps.: I have written in the German forum but nobody of the german moderators is helping. So please, someone of the english moderators, please help.

Sorry If I have opened this thread at to many places but I really do not anylonger know what to do.

    Where did you buy Morrowind? The official website? A third party retailer?

    Did you accidentally buy the PS4 version?

    Does not seem like sowething that would get fixed in a patch.?

    Morrowind,is,on sale,maybe just have to buy the pc version and they will give a credit for the ps4 version at some point in the future.
    Unless I misunderstood the issues.

    Hope this post doesn't get lost in all the others. Weekends are a bad time to ask @ZOS_GinaBruno and @ZOS_JessicaFolsom for help because they most likely wont see it till Monday.

    @Knatter clearly states he's been on only the PC since 2014. So clearly he's been a customer of some time. Given the issues I've had with a glacial Customer Support response time I have zero trouble believing he's run into this difficulty and is getting no response.

    While I do greatly enjoy the game, it repeatedly flags the warning signs of being almost critically understaffed. The business model is similar to GW2, but unlike Arenanet, Zeni does not have the same degree of staffing or a code that is as stable. I have zero doubt that GW2 will be around for me to return to, EOS on the other hand? Its posts like Knatter's that make me wonder.

    Zeni, get this man his access and offer him a tangible apology with a credit of crowns to his account. You've dropped the ball here, and believe it or not, potential new players read your forums before buying. Posts like this do not encourage consumer confidence.

    I pre-orderd and paid the PC version of Morrowind through Zenimax online store. My online-account says I have bought the PC version, my receipt says so.

    Zenimax messed up and gave me access on PS4 instead of access to PC. I do not have a PS4, I never have played on PS4.

    As a business owner there are two,sides to,every story. There already seems,to,be missinformation.,,
    The deleted information needs to be recovered first before a judgment can be made.

    Please read my first posting. There is no second side of the story. Zenimax messed up, they already acknowledged on 28 of June that they messed up, they promissed to fix it. So far they did not fix it.

    Knatter, contact your financial institution and ask them to get you a refund. Sadly companies only reply to financial threats.

    ZOS customer support have very little power to actually fix customer issues.
