PS4 NA lag lag lag (non us/eu player)

I have no idea how to play this game smooth in fact
The lag issue is getting crazy since last year
As a dpser I have only 18k dps because of the slow rotation even I have a full meta gold gears
630cp but I never join vtrial , u know why.
Sometime I took 2-3 sec to swap bar , at this moment ...what I do is just disband and logout .
I have no problem with other games Fifa,overwatch,etc
Zos,can I pay double monthly fee to get a better quality server?

    The lag is bad I disconnected over 5 times last night just standing at a wayshrine in green shade got to where I was tired of it so I just logged off last night it use to only be this way in pvp but for some reason lately it's lagging terrible even in pve now I wouldn't expect them to do anything about it tho lol at least for PS4 na server

    Wait, if you're in the EU, why are playing on the NA server? And why did you think it would be a good experience latency wise?

    I know a lot of people from the eu play on na server cause there is a large portion of people on eu who don't speak English

    It's pretty bad. Weapon swapping has become incredibly unreliable in PVE.
