I've been trying to match the coloring of the Mages Guild outfits to the outfits NPCs wear. Unfortunately, it's very hard to compare to actual NPCs due to texture pop-in and lighting differences. I don't own the Mages Guild Pack (even though I really want to) so I can't check myself. I'm particularly interested in what shade the green and silver ornaments are.

I know the blue is Mages Guild blue, and the brown is probably book cover brown. Any help is appreciated!
