Why am I suspended?

Logged in a few times today, did a random normal and general stuff. Tried to log in tonight to find my account suspended. No explanation. I see you can appeal but to appeal you first need to know why you've been suspended. I don't use any bots or keyboard/mouse macros, don't swear or diss other users so I am at a complete loss to know why this is happening. I already had a ticket about another topic so I've raised the suspension issue on that ticket. Has anyone else had this problem?

✭✭✭✭✭Did you get the email about a Marrowind code by chance ? I got one and am wondering if they are just suspending accounts that don't have a access code registered . I haven't logged in yet to check still at work .2 -
grkkll✭✭✭✭I did get that email which was why I raised the earlier ticket. I registered my pre-order as required and then input the code when I picked up the disc from GAME. But if they think I haven't entered the code then they should block Morrowind content not suspend me from the gamee. Inteerested to see if you have the same problem.1
