Two questions! How do you get the librarian title!? Is there a list of new titles??

✭✭✭✭✭Librarian title is the reward for the Ancestral Tombs Hunter achievement.
You'll start a quest in Vivec for Librarian Bradyn to find all the ancestral tombs on Vvardenfel and get rubbing's of the information at them.
Guides can be found online for where they are if you want to blitz it just for the title.
Edit: As for the additional new titles yes there are a number, best way to check them and how to get them is to open your achievements, then check Morrowind (or PvP > Battlegrounds) and check any achievements which have a little chest under the image, that means it has an unlock associated with it (titles, costumes, dyes etc.)Edited by Turelus on June 10, 2017 6:08PM@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver
