Will we be able to upgrade morrowind standard to ce?

As the title says will we ever be able to upgrade from the standard edition to CE kinda like we could with the base game?

    They downgraded my CE to standard edition, it was free too.

    Nice but I am just curious if we can do the reverse sometime soon. Would be great imo.

    Also the CE upgrade is up in price ALOT from the pre order one likely because I havethe SEt already
