when you create a new character you & your gear are auto-scaled to max level (160CP), this is to help you complete quests
every time you level up the maths change which typically results in your stat sheet changing
(the algorithms are available online if you want more information)
your gear choices also effect the maths, your gear is pretty much your level though so i wouldnt worry about that
what content are you playing at the moment?
and do you have an champion points yet? or is this your 1st character?

After a few failures, this is the 3rd character. I'm a stam DPS, I use 5 med 2 heavy and i have the perk that adds 6% weapon damage to every med gear. How do i check for champion points? And by content you mean VR and normal? because i think normal.

Yes, i am aware of the fact that bonuses armor points and the damage of the weapon itself decrease with every level, But this was a bit different. It seems i didn't know that that as long as the armor's durability getting damaged it also decreases your bonuses and it's overall effectiveness.
But now i am interested in champion points. Can any of you give information?

It's not the case anymore. It used to be, but now it's not. It's not your gear, most likely culprit is battle leveling wearing off. I recommend eating food and putting a few health enchants on your gear, or perhaps some healthy jewelry, or even a few attribute points into health - whichever is the easiest.

15 points into health and a healing enchantment gave me this.
And i don't know, It was still like that until i repaired my gear.

Your gear will now give you all the same bonuses until it breaks. When it breaks, you lose the set bonuses I think but not the armor passive bonuses...or vice versa...something like that.

Broken gear removes the trait, so divines you lose you mundus boost, infused you lose stam or magicka, if sturdy you would lose block cost reduction.
I think it also makes the gear have less armor, but thats not super important.
