[Game-Breaking] Can't rise my chars level anymore...

I'm stuck at level 14 with more xp as needed.
And all the customer service does is to tell me that I should:
1. Remove addons
2. update the client
3. repair the client
4. repair the client a 2nd time
I have done all of this, but how can this be a client problem?
Afaik the leveling system is server-side and this seems to be a game-breaking bug. But the customer service isn't interested in...

Why didn't the support had this idea?
Seems to be normal today, that the customer have to fix his games...0
