One of the main reasons I still play this game and spend exorbitant amounts of real dollars is for housing. I appreciate all of the thought and work they have put into this game. So, I will try not to think of this as a "bait and switch", but generally speaking, fountains have RUNNING water. I purchased three of the Imperial Fountain of the Bay in expectation that it would indeed be a fountain. Instead, what I received were three stone platforms with a basin of stagnant water. Had I known that it was not a fountain, I would not have purchased three, let alone one. There are at least two of these Imperial fountains in their game that actually do work; one in Coldharbour and one in Cyrodiil. Obviously, this fountain can be coded to work as a fountain. In addition, there are fountains (albeit, not Imperial) in a couple of the Noble homes that have running water. This fountain was not titled "Imperial Fountain of the Bay, Broken" when I made my purchases. I'm very disappointed and surprised this has not been resolved by now. If this is not going to be fixed, I would appreciate (as I believe many players who bought this would) at least a partial refund of our cash/crowns. Yes, the fountain is still lovely without the moving/running water, but... please unclog the pump (PC/NA)
