You gave no information besides "world boss in a solo quest", then threw out "creeping hunger". Even people with Morrowind might not have gotten to that yet. How is anyone supposed to know what the issue is?
By the way, if you only want solo play exclusively, you aren't going to get it in a mmo....

One can hope the devs will change their minds i hope to prod them in that direction with lots of great comments on how wonderful the game is. The new expansion is almost perfect...He guys you know what would make the game perfect. A pvp toggle kind of like the one for duels and if you want to kill an innocent. The game would be absolutely, positively perfect then. I cant think of anything else that could be done whatsoever. -
Theodard✭✭✭As we can see from here you asked in forums for help with the quest. I would hope that you asked in zone first though, as the entire area is crawling with people I cannot imagine that it took three hours for someone to come by. So if you ask in zone for help, I would assume it would have been a none issue.
All that said, overland world bosses are not impossible to solo on a well geared character. You just have to be patient with it is all.Theodard Stenan <<>> Thelodyn -
