I just bought Morrowind and an eso sub and I come home to find this crap on my eso.com login screen... There is no email saying what is going on or why this is happening.
I don't cheat, I don't bot WTF.

    There's many things that can land suspension . Did you say anything against the rules or have a argument ?

    Open a ticket with details, politely requesting information, even though the situation sucks.

    When it takes them a while to respond, just be politely persistent, always "checking in."

    You are more likely to get an answer that way, but the turn-around may not be next-day, or this week.
