I just bought Morrowind and an eso sub and I come home to find this crap on my eso.com login screen... There is no email saying what is going on or why this is happening.
I don't cheat, I don't bot WTF.

    There's many things that can land suspension . Did you say anything against the rules or have a argument ?

    Open a ticket with details, politely requesting information, even though the situation sucks.

    When it takes them a while to respond, just be politely persistent, always "checking in."

    You are more likely to get an answer that way, but the turn-around may not be next-day, or this week.

    It looks like this issue was resolved. Keep in mind that suspensions cannot be solved from the forums and, as mentioned, are best answered through Support. If you have any further questions please reply to ticket 170503-004648.
