    We've reduced the cooldown on all proc sets to 1 second. This is part of our effort to bring them in line with other abilities, which have a global cooldown of 1 second. One of the unique things about ESO is we use resources, not long cooldowns, to maintain the flow of combat.
    The generally amicable yet sporadically salty magplar that may or may not have 1vXed you in Sotha Sil. Who knows?

    Yup with the "Play the way you want to play" it's just stupid if u just keep ignoring diversity to builds. Light, medium, even heavy armor builds that want to do DPS. Heck even making hybrid builds are still dead. Who knows if anyone can make a DPS solution to hybrid builds. Like I play some other games and they got decent diversity to it. Even some that are MMOs. Should rename this game Elder Meta Online. Cause that's how it is everyday.

    Summon Ash titan (the zergs buster) costs between 400 to 500 ult
    This ult calls for an ash titan from the sky, after 2 seconds he will land stunning everyone in a 50m radius and dealing x damage.
    The caster will lose control over the titan and he will attack everyone nearby.
    The titan's attack are the same as the titan in elden hollow and in CoA, each enemy hit increases the titan's damage by 25% for 10 seconds(stacking up to 10 times).

    In the attempt to end lag in cyrodiil we decided to give the zergs a tool to kill each other to improve the "elite small scale" and solo pvp experience

    Sorcerer:

    Lightning Splash damage reduced by 1%. Reason: sorcerer DPS brought in line with other classes.

    Templar:

    Puncturing Strikes cost increased by 25%. Reason: players spam this skill too much. Increasing its cost should give templars more diversity in their skill choices.

    Dragonknight:

    Dark Talons immobilize duration reduced to 1 second. Reason: players spamming this skill in PvP is not fun. Who cares about PvE?

    Nightblade:

    Ambush: removed Major Empower. Reason: we just hate Nightblades and their ganking.

    We have noticed all Nightblades had taken up fishing. To balance the competition at the fishing spots we have completely removed the chance for Nightblades to catch fish. This can be considered a buff if you don't fish.

    In line with our goal to have a unified PvE and PvP experience, class specific test dummies that fight back are available in the Crown Store! Each dummy has special features.

    Dragonknight:
    -Stamina: Test dummy holds block while spamming Ransack wearing Tremorscale. If your health drops below 98.5%, 2 additional magicka Templar test dummies will appear and cast Radiant Destruction on you.

    -Magicka: If facing multiple attackers, test dummy casts mistform repeatedly until it runs out of magicka.

    Nightblade:
    -Stamina: Comes equipped with Troll King, Viper and Eternal Hunt. When combat is initiated, 3 other Nightblade dummies will come out of stealth and coordinate Incap Strikes.

    -Magicka: This item is not yet available.

    Since magicka nightblades have been removed from Cyrodiil to reduce lag, no test dummy was needed.

    Sorcerer:
    -Stamina: Has only one Crit Rush -> Dizzying Swing -> Executioner combo. If this combo fails to kill you, the dummy will run behind a rock and cast Dark Deal 5 times.

    -Magicka: Has two random fight modes. Mode one stands in mines and stacks shields. Mode two uses a Crystal Frag -> Dawnbreaker -> Wrath -> Teabag combo.

    Templar:
    -Stamina: Comes equipped with 3 proc sets. Will Repentance your dead body if all 3 sets proc at once.

    -Magicka: Test dummy cries real tears while recasting buffs and Breath of Life.

    Developer Comment
    If combat is engaged with multiple test dummies, special nightblade test dummy "Smurff" will appear and gank you while you are engaged.

    Activating a second damage shield ability within 4s of activating one will double the cost of the second.

    Developer's Comments
    The cost of shields even with our sustain changes has proved not sufficient to stop shield stacking from being too prominent a feature so this will apply the very successful dodge/streak penalty to shield stacking and create the possibility of more counter-play.

    f*ck everyone : this passives drains 20000 magicka, stamina and health every second, if you are logged in for more than 5 seconds, this will be part of all racial passives and automatically unlocked so you don't need to spend a skillpoint on it

    Dungeons and Trials:
    Before every boss in each dungeon and trial, a random player will be teleported to Cyrodiil and a random player in Cyrodiil will brought in their place.

    We are committed to balancing PVP and PVE content together so that the transition between the two is seamless. Forced teleportation will ensure that players are able to enjoy all content equally. Players will now be encouraged to run diverse builds that excel in multiple types of content.

    Removed the ability to block.
    Our hard data shows that Dragonknights block more than other classes. To bring the class more in line with the other light and heavy attacking builds which receive numerous benefits for doing so, we have now removed blocking from the Dragonknights. This is a buff if you are a Sorcerer or a Nightblade.

    Changed Puncturing Strike to Puncture Self (and morphs Bite Me and Puncture Me More)
    We felt Templars needed a new way to restore group member's resources. Puncture Self and morphs will now damage the Templar and restore magicka or stamina (whichever is least relevant) to group members proportional to Templar health lost. Additionally summons a temporary Netch that plays a laughing animation for 20 seconds.

    Following the popularity of the broom weapon and bucket helmet, all DKs will permanently have all weapons and armor values converted to these items level immediately upon equip. This will allow all DKs to sweep up any remnants of class strength or usefulness and throw it in the trash.

    We felt this ability's healing was too unreliable in a normal damage rotation. This change will also force players to make a choice between dealing more damage or healing themselves. This will be a buff if you're playing like Wrobel and a nerf if not.

    Rite of Passage (and morphs) We adjusted the Animation during 3 of the 4 seconds channeling time of this ultimate . Instead of fighting all NPCs in zone will show a unique "roll-on-flor-laughing"-Animation during this phase. Needless to say, all NPCs will gain minor and major protection, too, reducing the damage they take by 38% for 10 seconds. Afterwards all NPCs will be aggro to the caster for 5 seconds.

    The Practiced Incantation morph will increase rofl-time to 5 of the 6 seconds channeling time, double the damage reduction of the minor and major protection and increases the time all NPCs will stay aggro to 7 seconds.

    We really felt that templars do need a unique skill outside their OP healing. Adding to it we felt the templars ability to tank and hold aggro was slightly underrepresented in the templars skillline. Thats why we thought up this very unique new properties to an overly unused ultimate, providing a very powerfull tanking tool to templars. Oh, the idea for the animation sequence was stolen from active enemie-player behavior while this ability is used in PVP. We therefore strongly encourage PVP players to give this ability a try in PVE endgame content, too. They will notice no difference and might feel right at home in PVE too!

    Blazing Spear: This skill and its morphs now stun the casting templar and grant CC immunity to all enemies in the area.

    Developer Comments:
    We are listening to player feedback and wanted to give templars their CC back while sticking with the class theme of granting free CC immunity to enemies.

    Originally intended to be a buff that applies only to heals on fellow players under 40%, a former ESO streamer reported at his fictional character's funeral that the healing passive was a "100% up time buff given to the Class as part of our P2W promotion for Morrowind". Out of respect to this streamer and his fictional character (condolences sent by the way on behalf of the entire staff, we would have sent flowers to the services but 1-800-Flowers.com would not take our request seriously due to a disbelief that anyone would ever actually hold a funeral for a fictional video game character...totally a L2P issue on their part) we have honored his wishes and given the class Major Mending actually 100% of the time, no matter the health of the recipient. After all, we would not have wanted to lose such a valuable member of our community for reasons that are in no ways accurate and so have altered our initial plans to mirror his previously reported statement. In fact, we are currently discussing in a meeting later this week an idea to possibly offer DOUBLE Major Mending exclusively to the Warden Class as part of our P2Warden Promotion. We will release future details as they become available and remember to Enjoy Morrowind and the new Warden Class!

    We felt that build diversity and fun was really ruining the experience for new players, so we made it super simple to pick up the DPS role since all you need to do now is just use basic weapon attacks to beat enemies. Further, we have decided to remove all skills from the game, since we really want to everyone to player the same way as the developers, who are obviously the best players at this game since they made it.

    Warden Animal Companion Skill Line

    Bull Netch

    When summoned within 45m of a cloaked nightblade, that nightblade is revealed and unable to turn invisible, stealth, or do anything except wait to die. If a nightblade is revealed, the warden and any non-nightblade allies are granted invisibility for 25 seconds and a 100% movement speed advantage.

    Base Game + Forum:
    • New skill "Safe Space" : Instead of asking for their own class to be fixed, enables the character to ask for nerfs of whichever class they've determined is the reason for their gameplay issues for 30 seconds. On expiration, character receives a warm hug and a cup of sour milk tea. Activating synergy increases positive affirmation by 50% while skill is active. (29 second cooldown.)

    An alternative we considered to this was
    • Kerosene: As the name implies, allows the offended character to wrap linens soaked with fuel oil around their ankles, so if they go on picnic, the ants won't climb up to their candy ass.
    We decided on Safe Space in anticipation of players being offended or frightened (or both) by fuel oil, fire, ants, or picnics.

    Housing:
    • All target dummies will now be equipped with Meridia's Blessed Armor.
    • Robust target dummies will now have the ability to weapon swap.

    Self explanatory. To offset this, we have reduced the regen both dummies have never had by 50% of what it never was.

    Group Finder:
    • Patience (passive): While using group finder, increases odds of not falling asleep while waiting for 3 other people to log onto the game, post Morrowind patch.
    • Streamlined group finder so that you now get kicked from the dungeon before you even enter.

    There were reports of some people actually being able to form up and enter a dungeon. This corrects that issue.

    Combat and Gameplay:
    • Increased Magicka and Health regen by 500% to compensate for previous proposed nerf. All skills now cost health and scale off dye color* Health regen has been disabled* Health potions have been removed*

    This should alleviate any regen concerns for existing classes. *Does not apply to the Warden class.

    Itemization:
    • All fights now determined strictly by RNG without ever engaging in actual combat. Removed RNG factor from loot tables. You now have 100% chance to receive a completely useless set item, up from 98%. Useless item cannot be destroyed or transferred, will take two inventory spaces, and count as half a set item.
    • All characters now equipped with BiS legendary gear from level 1. With each fight or NPC interaction, items are either reduced in quality, level, or removed from inventory entirely.

    This removes the grind and gives all individuals equal footing. They are then free to play the game as intended. Since there will be no resources in combat, gear won't matter anymore anyway.

    General:
    • Balance: Removed CP cap and granted free access to all constellations. Diminishing returns has been instituted on all stars. As you spend additional points, the effect of a given star is reduced such that at 100 CP's in a given star you are less powerful than you were straight out of the Wailing Prison (before scaling was implemented.) All characters are required to spend all 3600 points.

      We have removed recovery stats from game and now all resource management comes from skills and potions and heavy attacks.

      We realize everyone wants high max stats with no recovery so we just removed recovery
