Bug -Goblin disguise- Dual Wield Light and Heavy attack

I found out day before the 1.22 patch that wearing the Goblin disguise, the animation seem different with weapons out.
The Dual Wield Light and Heavy attack animation is missing, and it was reveal in a dual that the light attack is seen by other players but not the heavy attack.
As of the current patch it is still bug this way.

I didn't know about that, I have no problems with Destro/Resto light or heavy attacks
