Account website isnt working

Ttrying to log into the ESO account website doesn't produce anything (not even any error). The SIGN IN button just reloads the web page and no error is reported. That was Firefox.
I even tried a clean Microsoft browser -- the server asks me for my birthday, I submit it and the page just reloads, without reporting any error, and asks me to enter the birthday (yes, again).
