Sorceror Streak bug

Since Homestead patch, Streak and I would imagine the other Morph are bugged. You cannot streak through most things that are considered "door ways" in pvp. Instead your character sits there for the 4 seconds unable to move, roll dodge, etc. Also if I streak and would cause me to hit the side of a building the same thing happens. Your character sits there unmovable.
ETA for this fix? I know it has been reported many, many times.
