Public Dungeon Public Event Not Working?

I was trying to do the Lost City of the Na-Totambu (sp?) Group Event -- There is a puzzle where you stand on scarabs then spiders then scorpions to unlock the fight. It was not working. Tried reloading UI and doing it again didn't work. Tried re-logging and didn't work.

to double check our order and it didn't work.

Anyone else have this problem?

    This was recently fixed on PC and is now able to be completed solo, not sure if the fix has reached consoles yet
