Help! damage by weapons decimated after server maintenance??

Hello,
Just today you performed maintenance on the EU PS server. Now when I play my weapons/staffs/abilities have their damage decreased almost tenfold!!
My bow used to deal damage of 2000 or up, now it's a mere 159, I can't even kill a simple Torchbug anymore...
What's happening?
