To deny that DLC and Expasions are the same thing is just silly.

Is an expansion not extra content that you download after purchase?

And isn't a DLC an expansion of the game?

They are not mutually exclusive. It's just that ZOS is being "smart" with terminology so that they can bail out of their promise to ESO Subscribers without technically breaking it. Sorta thing lawyers, politicians, big companies and Clavicus Vile live for.

I personally don't really care, I will but it regardless, but let's be real here folks. Stop with the sugarcoating.

Since when was subbing free? I thought by definition, you needed to exchange payment for subscription benefits.

Nobody is asking for anything to be free.

People are just annoyed at the change in terminology. A DLC is suddenly called an expansion and priced differently. Is that reasonable? Maybe. But that doesn't mean people can't be irked by it.

Petitions are against forums rules, just sayin.
Petitions and Protests: We do not allow petitions or protests on our forums. Due to the fact that both promote the use of demands and replies that consist of “/signed” or little else, we feel that neither encourage nor allow for meaningful and constructive discussion. Instead of using a petition or protest, we recommend presenting your thoughts as a request or suggestion so everyone in the community can discuss it.

ZOS should have to change it's logo every time it changes it's business model.

What do you mean petition? What I've proposed here is a Signing-List. The name is different therefore it's completely different from a petition.

It's not a petition, it's an entreaty. If Zenimax can just use a different word, then so can the OP.

    Hello there,

This post is to let you know that we've felt it necessary to close this thread. The reason being that there is a more active thread discussing feedback towards the Morrowind chapter not being included in the ESO Plus subscription. If you would like to continue this discussion, please feel free to do so here. Please be sure to stay civil while doing so, no need to call others Daedric Princes.

    Thank you for understanding.
