The maintenance is complete, and the PTS is now back online and patch 10.0.1 is available.
BUG: Nightblade Skills

My apologies if this is an issue that has been posted on already; a brief perusal of the PTS forum didn't turn up anything that seems like this has been discussed yet.
The following skills are not applying CC, although they are still granting CC immunity to an enemy:
Mass Hysteria and Manifestation of Terror
Prolonged Suffering and Malefic Wreath
Soul Tether
Additionally, the snare conferred by Teleport Strike does not appear to be snaring for the full 2 second duration, but rather only about half of that.
These are very serious, debilitating issues for players playing Nightblades in both PvP and PvE. Please have a look as soon as possible.
