Hard to be sure as I'm on PS4 but it looks like my fire siege is being treated as a skill use and is proc'ing Ilambris. I assume that is not intended. @ZOS_BrianWheeler @Wrobel

I think anything that procs "when you deal damage" procs on sieges. Procing of "direct damage" or "DoT" damage may be different.
