My prediction is that it will have no effect in the game in any way, though. ZeniMax is the mother company, who says they will invest the money - if they win anything - on ZOS and not on Bethesda?Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.
