[Lore Question] Can a werewolf sucessfully breed and mate with a regular wolf?

Like the subject says... A female wolf is in heat and and there is a werewolf tracking down the scent, and then decided to mate with the female wolf... would the breeding be successful and produce offspring's? If so what would the offspring's consist of? More werewolf features?

With no real lore to support me, I'll hazard a guess as to no. A werewolf is a shapeshifter, not an animal. I don't know that werewolves in TES have reproductive organs, actually.

I am not sure. But if you are werewolf in eso that doesn't mean that you can mate with wolf in real life. Just saying, because for me it was little bit unclear, because it wasn't mentioned anywhere.

Honestly, let's just say the answer is, she gives birth to clanfear, xenomorph style. Because today hasn't been messed up enough.
