Game wont start downloading

Hi.

My computer died last sunday. I bought a new one and it arrived today. I have been trying to install ESO back, I downloaded the installer back from offical web site, run it and it created the folders. Now I try to launch it but it gets stuck on launcher saying "Updating" without downlading anything.

Any tips how to get it started?

    Steam version ?

    (Steam network is experiencing issues at the moment).

    Oh yes, I bought the game vie steam back in 2015. But I am currently installing it without steam... that may be the problem?

    I'm no expert but I guess so, yes. You shoudl reinstall via Steam - once the network is back up again.
