Yeah, the devs made a REALLY big, stupid mistake by requiring travel to a single spot in a single zone for an event. OOPS! There goes Eastmarch. Now Ulfric Stormcloak can never be born...

The event seems to have borked it. I can't go there either. I would imagine it's one of those where it's still up, but the server is over capacity.

Just crashed to desktop trying to port back and turn in a quest to Breda.
Of course all the players shooting off AoEs there doesn't help either.

People are crashing continuously in Eastmarch, getting infinite load screens when trying to port to the festival quest giver, and some people are stuck on some of the quests and have to drop them and restart continuously (4-5 tries at times to be able to get it to acknowledge completion).

You'd think they'd have load tested this before getting 90% of active players to go to one place at the same time..

To test what would happen, I cast one healing springs. I hit about 150 people, and my lag hit 999+ for 40 seconds. By the time it went back to sub 100ms, it looked like half the people there crashed.

Well now pvers know what we experience in pvp everyday.This happened hourly to people in PvP.

There are players who wanted this to happen, ie. all those firing off abilities constantly in our face.

I at least managed to get my character over to Windhelm before logging off. I hope I can still log in there since I'm not near the unholy mass of Holiday cheer.

Dced picking up quest and now im locked out. Not much of a complainer but this should have been obvious to devs. With one tamriel there is just too many people. But someone had a good point, this is our life every single day every single night in Cyrodill. You play for 30 mins or an hour and then dc. Over and over again. Guess atleast im use to it.

Exactly. I am afraid to port or Rez at a keep. I prefer to just ride my horse. Rez at keep=crash.

Eastmarch was having issues yesterday in the main city. Only place I have experienced a high ping rate.

Its fine on PS4 except you are facing lags in windhelm..

I haven't even been able to get there. Every time I try to fast travel there I get a long loading screen and then I log out
