after today's patch i cant log out anymore,have to close app from main and re-log again

    Same here. This is a MAJOR problem. Looks like the patch messed things right up. Zenimax need to get on this ASAP.... these forums are about to be flooded.

    We are aware of an issue where you may not be able to log out of your characters properly after the patch on 11/29/2016.

    In the meantime, we recommend logging out in safe areas of major cities, where there are no countdown timers, as many players have reported successfully logging out in these locations.
