Are these no longer valid? I have a set amount of them and I don't think they are growing. I seem to be getting key fragments now and have a pile of each of these that are stagnant.

✭They are valid, but they don't drop anymore. Instead of ~10 different tokens, now we have only key fragments. It opens all the vauls in IC (including the group dungeons).
